David

I've not read it yet - but I've seen many reviews. I think it's worthy of a read and despite the fact Vince White displays a lot of malice it apparently offers a lot of valuable insight into the final years of the band which frankly became a circus.

Has anyone read it?

Tim or anyone, just wondered has anyone read the book "Out of Control" The Last Days of The Clash by VINCE WHITE,I've read every other book on them but been put off this one by A;The price, about £17 and B;the content. If it's been done well it would be a fascinating read about the least documented period of the band but on the other hand it might just be crap.If anyone can help with a thumbs up or down I would really appreciate it...THANKS DAVE

Thanks for posting the story Tim. That comment about Leicester made me laugh. It was like my home city was named with the sole aim to confuse anyone outside of UK who tries to say it lol. Thanks again for the excellent blog. Really enjoying reading it. I've shared the URL of the blog on my Facebook and Twitter.
