I enjoyed the event at Proud on thursday night but I must say it was a shame there wasnt more mention of Jago, the artist that painted all the guitars, he’s a great artist and one The Clash’s greatest fans ever, which is one of the reasons he collaborated with the project….

Yeah, quite a surprise to see Mick with an SG, let alone an Epiphone. However, he rarely straps on a Les Paul these days. He now tends to err towards a Fender Thinline Telecaster. Sorry to be an anorac.

Hi Julia,

A brilliant evening and I’m sitting here in London sorting out 1200+ pictures from the whole day. With just four hours sleep I’m starting to flag a little bit now….To answer Tim’s question the turnout was great. By the time the Rotten Hill Gang with Mick Jones took to the stage the place was packed.
